Global Politics and Art examines international affairs through the social lens of artistic expression.
My capstone Investigates the original Art Deco movement as it traveled to Miami, Havana, and Buenos Aires. Focuses on the politics of conserving this form of architecture in all three cities, and what these conservation movements say about their broader political trends.
