Strategy, Economics, and Peace uses the methods and tools of various disciplines to build a holistic view of conflict at different scales and contexts. The concentration explores the causes and consequences of conflicts and integrates insights from various social sciences in order to achieve a systemic understanding of what factors facilitate successful or unsuccessful conflict resolution.
For my senior capstone, I began the process of writing a book covering the latest research on intergroup conflict and its resolution. As part of my capstone, I drafted both a book prospectus and the first chapter of the book itself.
