The Curricular Resource Center for Peer Advising is a center within the division of the Dean of the College at Brown University.
 

The Island Fund of the New York Community Trust established an endowment fund at Brown in 1997; originally established to support the Venture Consortium (1973-2008), the endowed fund, the Engaged Life Partnership, has contributed to the growth of the CRC and its programs, including leavetaking advising, the Matched Advising Program for Sophomores, the Theories in Action conference, and the size of the student staff.
